  • Eligibility / Requirements
    • Association must have 200 or more condominium units or have a total building value for all buildings that exceeds $20M
    • Must maintain one or more of the following coverages through Coastal – Aspen's Umbrella, Aspen or Companion's Property or Aspen or Companion's Difference in Conditions Wrap.
    • Requires use of the professional restoration services provided through Dean Mitchell Restoration, which will be a benefit to your client due to:
      • Priority response and protocol for customers using faciliSmart™
      • Discounted restoration pricing at time of a claim
  • How to Get Signed Up for this Free Service
    • Your quote proposal will include a contract agreement for faciliSmart™.
    • If your client chooses to sign up for this value added service, please upload a copy of the signed faciliSmart™ contract with the binding documents.
    • faciliSmart™ will contact your insured to set an appointment to set up this service.
