We are offering a special form property including wind product to include calendar year hurricane deductible options as well as ordinance and law coverage for main street business classes.

  • Eligibility and Authority Levels
    • Retail, wholesale, office, service, artisan contractors, hotels/motels, restaurants, lessor risk buildings, strip shopping centers, religious organizations, technology offices, golf and country clubs, homeowners associations, cultural, and in-home daycares. Classifications not listed can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    • Business Income/ Extra Expense
  • Eligible Territories
    • Florida- All counties excluding Monroe
  • Features and Options
    • Property Enhancement Endorsement
    • AOP Property deductibles ranging from $1,000 to $25,000
    • Wind/ Hail deductibles 2%, 3%, and 5% Hurricane only & Named Storm
    • Agreed Amount Building Property option
    • Greensurance for environmental friendly upgrades
    • Ordinance or Law with options of Full Coverage A with 2.5%, 5%, and 10% Coverage B& C combined
    • Outdoor Signs coverage up to $25,000 depending on construction
    • Business Personal Property only for In-Home Daycare with limits up to $25,000
  • Eligibility and Authority Levels
    • Up to $1,500,000 for Bldg, BPP, BI/EE combined per location
    • 1980 or newer (no age restriction for BPP only less than $250,000)
    • No Minimum Premium
  • Properties Not Acceptable
    • Properties located in a fire district with public protection class 8-10
    • EIFS considered if not over Frame or Non Combustible or decorative only
    • Buildings under construction, renovation or conversion
    • Buildings containing lead paint in interior or exterior areas
    • Buildings with existing or cracking damage
    • Buildings with aluminum wiring
    • Any business with more than two outstanding mortgages
    • Any risk with an arcade or if Lessor's Risk Only if the arcade is 100% of the building
