• Eligible Territories
  • Florida- All counties excluding Monroe
• Features and Options
  • Building Replacement Cost Guarantee
  • Ordinance or Law Coverage A,B,& C Combined – Up to 10% of the Building limit
• Eligibility and Authority Levels
  • Up to $35,000,000 per building
  • 1970 or newer
  • Condominiums must be described under Florida Statute 718
• Properties Not Acceptable
  • NFIP grandfathered risks, which have subsidized rates
  • Severe repetitive loss properties
  • CoreLogic storm surge elevation report for Hurricanes Category 1 and 2 is higher than the first residential floor exposure
  • Frame construction subject to storm surge
  • Any building located in a V zone that is not supported on piles
